No power to thrusters.

I have a 2019 31 FT. Ranger tug. I was able to store our Boat inside this winter. I was away from the Boat for a couple weeks and when I went to check I found that the 110 volt cord had been unplugged and the house battery was discharged. I plugged the power cord back in and it took at least four hours for the inverter to clear a fault and than I had 12 volts in the pilot house again. I than started checking that everything was working and I realized both the bow & stern thrusters had no power. I checked both 300 AMP fuses and they look good. Is there any more fuses that I need to check or am I missing something else ?. The thrusters worked fine before the power cord was unplugged. Thank you for your help in advance.

Check the thruster battery. I would put a multi meter right on it. The charge relays may not have opened up to charge it.

Thank you for the information. I will check that out. I did notice when I was checking the thruster fuses that one of the charge relays had a green light that was blinking.
