Nova Kool thermostat replacement

Anyone replace the Nova Kool thermostat? Our boat is a 2015 Cutwater 30CB. We have the part but with no instructions. The wire connections are arranged differently, and we cannot determine which one is the ground. Old part has connection on top and on bottom. New part has one connection front and one back. No colors or markings.

Assuming the new part is from Nova Kool, I have found their technical department to be very friendly and helpful. Your NK manual should have their contact info, or Google them in Canada.

Thank you for replies. Finally took a chance on the wires and got it correct. We can adjust the temperature now!
