Hi… me yet again…
Would love some help with designing an off grid system for my 25SC. My needs are slight as I only wish to run my 12v fridge and to possibly run an inverter that could operate a 1 burner electric cooktop.
Any help appreciated.

I guess I’m the only one on tugnuts besides you this evening.
Recommend you watch this video by Ranger Tugs on power management if you haven’t already.

I didn’t have a solar system on my 2009 RT-25 Classic.
Ended up with a fully self sustaining system with a 335 watt MPPT Victron Energy solar system and with two additional house batteries.
It’s actually pretty easy to do. Much easier upgrade the system if you’re starting from an existing anemic factory installed solar system.
Highly recommend reading this thread from several years ago.

This thread includes a full system design diagram that is easy to copy. Very easy to build a system running all your normal DC systems.
Using any inverter to run an A/C appliance on a regular basis would require a HUGE solar system. In eight seasons of extended 2-3 week cruising we have never used the inverter except to test functionality. I’d strongly recommend looking at butane cooktops over A/C. Lots of choices. Butane cooktops are economical and pretty darn efficient.
Good luck!
