Old member locked out of forum

abcandjrc cannot log onto the forum. He sent me the following: "I am still locked out and no one but Andrew at Ranger has even tried to help get me back in. ?????? It is a real mess: "Contact us if you can't log in, but log in to contact us." How they miss that little conflict is a mystery to me."

Can someone tell me what he can do or what I can do to help him get back on the forum?

I can't find a member by the name of abcandjrc. Also searched for anything starting with abc or ending with jrc.

I have limited bandwidth up here in Desolation Sound. If you would PM the member's email address I will try to find him next time I have access. If I can, I'll reset his password and forward instructions directly and via you.

We've just left Roscoe Cove in Desolation Sound and grabbed a little bandwidth. I've forwarded instructions to Byard so he can log in and reset his password.
