Old owners manual-1993 R21

I just purchased a R21 here in Tex. I am lost on this boat. I can figure no way to access bilge pump,but to tear out diesel tank and take up wood. There is a elect. Switch in engine compartment mounted on a heavy wire over battery area. Wiring is every where, hidden under pilot house companion seat, behind battery switch. Please I will gladly pay for manual. Bilge pump on 1993 R-21 is under fuel tank! You should be able to undo tank and slide to side, should be 8 screws holding down deck (4 on each side) if not already dune should be replaced with stainless steel ones. Not a big problem to access pump just a pain in the back side. As far as the rat nest of electrical wires I would trace each one and tie-wrap, replace or remove if not needed. As far as a owners manual! Well this is as good as it gets! Just reach out to other owners and we'll try to help.

PS. the switch in the battery area my be an emergency start switch! I would trace the wire and see if it goes to your starter from battery or just turn it on and see what powers up or starts! See how much fun your having already!
