The battery charger has 3 outputs. House, Engine, Thruster... it cycles through each one, one at at time. As a 3-stage battery charger, (bulk, absorption, float), once the batteries are all fully charged, it'll move to the float stage, which is essentially, not charging, but keeping the batteries topped off.
