Subject: Operating boat with two Chart Plotters

I have a single SD card for the Garmin BlueChart® g2 Vision®. For one Chart Plotter I insert this in it SD card receptacle.

Now with a 2nd identical Chart Plotter will I also need to have a separate Garmin BlueChart® g2 Vision® SD card to make it operational as the 1st Chart Plotter.

Basically I'm asking, do I need two SD cards for the Garmin BlueChart® g2 Vision® to be operative in both Chart Plotters ?

Sounds like you only need one based on these conditions [Garmin Support Center].
