Options?

Had a friend out on our 2017 R25SC today and he absolutely loved the boat. The big attraction was the ability to run at 12-15 mph comfortably and economically with a diesel inboard. Next was having the head aft, away from the v-berth. Then he asks “Where do I buy a new one?”. He’s thinking new boat and new warranties. I don’t have an answer. The R23 base from the factory is $110k and the R27 is $185k. That’s a big spread and neither are inboard diesel. Any suggestions as to who builds a boat with the desired attributes? We absolutely love our boat, the dealer and the guys at the factory so we have no inclination to sell him ours!

I guess if he likes the classic features then he would have to go for used. I agree that there are great features in the classic. Hopefully Ranger will return production.
