Ordering parts

Andrew,
I need to order fuel filters for the engine in my boat. I will be using the form that has been posted and will be sending it by e-mail. I assume you will then bill me for the cost of the parts or do I need to send a separate check before the parts can be shipped? How are shipping costs determined? Hi John,

I'm responding on behalf of Andrew. The easiest method of payment is for you to attach your credit card info on the parts form or you can call us and we can take your credit card info over the phone. If you are uncomfortable with that we can also write up an invoice and you can send us a check. Whatever way works best for you is fine. As for shipping your parts to you, that will be determined by the weight of the package and location of where it's going. For the most part we use UPS to handle our deliveries.

I am getting lazy in my old age. Any way you guys could put the FAX number on the parts order form so I don't have to go look it up each time?

The reason I do not post a fax number is because Richard in parts can keep it organized if its by email. If you can just fill the form out and attach it in an email and send to parts@rangertugs.com that would be the best. Thanks!

Forgot to mention. If you look at the new "updated" parts link, it will tell you the ordering instructions. I just updated the form today with the most recent pricing and part #'s.
