My wife came up with what we think might make storing and accessing dishes on the shelf a bit easier. She found a holder for dishes with 3 different areas. We haven’t tried it yet but she was worried in rough weather the dishes might slide around so her solution was to cut to size non skid pads for the top two shelves. She then glued them to the rungs and sewed them around the metal rungs for additional support. Below is a picture taken at our house of what we did.
Galley dishes

I'm looking for pots and pans, just maybe two of each for my R27 small oven / stove / galley. Size and store-ability matters. A pot for stews and pasta, a fry pan for everything else.
Any recommendations out there?

Thanks,

Jeff

A bit pricey, but nests and stores very easily -

Second for the Magma stacking pots! They are great to use in the galley and take up very little space in the cabinet.
PS: We also use Corelle dishes, bowls and cups - they are thin and stack great.

Agreed on the Magma pots. They are on par with high end cookware for home. We have the nonstick set and have been very happy with it. The storage bag and extra handle have been useful, too. Would definitely purchase again.

And then there is eating out, which saves on having pots, pans, dishes, utensils and water use. And the refrigerator makes a great dresser as does the stove.

All above great ideas. We second use of Magma stainless, nesting pots/pans, and Corelle... but we always love a visit to a local restaurant!

Just like my treadmill makes a great clothes hangar at home!

Thanks for the link. I will take a look and probably buy, if they fit my small stove top.
