Orientation Video

Has the Ranger Factory develop an orientation video? For those of us "new" owners who may be "overwhelmed" by the initial new owner's orientation, a video would be a great tool to refer to for any issue that may come up later in the boat season. Going from a 21ec to a 27, I could use all the help I can get. 😀

A great idea! And just think of the time it will save for the dealers as well as Andrew and Kenny. and if they set it up by system chapters you can use it as a reference guide anytime you may have a problem or question. That could also say Ranger a lot of time in the long run.

Hey wait , I really enjoy doing thorough deliveries ! Sometimes its the only time I get to go boating on a Ranger Tug !

I'm not saying we have to do away with the initial orientation, especially since they seem really important to Marc 😀 but something like a DVD video would come in handy afterwards, especially if a "refresher" is needed. There could be a section for Diesel Maintenance, a "how to" section on winterizing, de-winterizing, trailering, electronic operations, and a walk thru of all the features throughout the boat, i.e. galley, helm station, berthing area, cockpit, etc.

I bought my first Ranger Tug through a broker, so I'm not sure I received a quality orientation as if it would have come from the factory. Another reason the DVD would be helpful.

Hmmm... knowing Marc, I'd say customer service and satisfaction is foremost - getting to do so on the Ranger Tugs is just part of his fun. If a buyer doesn't get a thorough check out on delivery (like both Wefings and the factory folks do)... well... umm... I guess we don't have a "tongue-biting smiley" here, huh?
