overhead pannels

I want to pull down the overhead pannel so I can expose the cable run to do some work, what is the best way to do this without messing everything up. :?

I pulled these a number of times on solitude. They are simply screwed to the ceiling. I did use a sharpie to mark them on the back side as to what position they went back into. While the panels may be the same size, the screws are in different places.
