We bought our ranger Tug over a year ago and we have yet to receive an owners manual. Does anyone have an owners manual?

Ranger sent me a manual a while back (hull #75). Andrew might be able to help you with this. You might want to download the 2009 manual as already there has been 151 downloads.

The R21 EC owners manual is nearing completion. Andrew has been working on it and is waiting for John and Dave to sign off on it. Once it is completed we will post it on the Tugnuts. We will certainly be happy to also mail out a hard copy to any R21EC owners. Thank you for your patience.

Wondering if there is an old manual for our 2005 R25 somewhere out there.

I am assuming that is a mistake on the 2005 R25 part. 😀 Just as Jeff said I have the proto of the R21 manual done. As soon as I get John Livingstons approval to release it I will post it in the bulletin section. Remember that this manual is done to our current models. Should be soon. Thanks for hanging in there!

I also purchased my R21EC a year ago in early 2008 and have been waiting for my owners manual as well. I'm sure Andrew and his team will make it top notch. During my 1st year of ownership I had a few technical issues with some assorted items on the boat and the customer support that I received from John and Andrew was excellent. (Thank you guys!) But even though I resolved everything, if the upcoming '21 manual reflects the 'current models' (2009) and differs enough from the 2008 vintage boats such as the one I have then it would be helpful if an addendum sheet of some sort could be included to assist those '21 owners who purchased a '21 in that interim period. I'm sure the differences won't be much. In the interest of being thorough and avoiding any potential documentation confusion relating to maintenance or repair it would be good to have such an addendum sheet to back date and clarify any discrepencies which might arise. Certainly any electrical wiring diferences would be the most important to know about. That would be a big help. Looking forward to a great 2009 boating season here in NJ!

Ed,

Thanks for the great compliments. The 08-09 Models are real close to the same. Anything before that is before my time as well. I dont think you have much to worry about in big differences on the changes. Will keep you updated on time frame as soon as I can sit down the "Head Honcho" and go over the manual with him. Thanks for hanging in there!

Actually, we have been watering "Chalupa" and playing classical music for her. It worked! She grew from being a 21 footer to being a 25 footer 😱 And we have yet to "feed" it Miracle Gro :!:

Just giving you a hard time Duke! I knew what you were looking for but that was an incredible comeback! Gave me a good laugh before I cuddled into bed

Duke and Irene:

Thanks for the pointer... I had the watering part right, but I was playing Willie Nelson and not getting the same result! However, I have to say Slow 'n Easy has been very relaxed, albeit gone a bit "overboard" on the munchies.

Steve,

I don't know about your boat, but when we wash either side of her hull, her propeller starts shaking :!:
