Paint streak on Blue Hull

I have a light blue streak on my dark blue hull. 5" long by 1" high. I rubbed against something. Is it the layer below the dark color that I am seeing? If not, how can I remove this streak? Acetone? Or?

I had a rub mark too. White on my gray hull. Occurred from rubbing on the dock box. To remove I used wet/dry sandpaper started with 800 went to 2000. Worked great. Finished with wax

Before you start sanding try some light compounding and see how that works for you.
