Pairing remote for thrusters

I recently bought a 2023 Ranger Tug 31CB, lux edition. I replaced the battery in the thruster remote, but I can't see how to pair it. Side power talks about a white button on a black box, but I can't find that on my boat. Where is it??

The box in question is located below the dual thruster controller. You’ll need to remove the controller, and the opening is a bit tight, but you’ll need to look down and forward to locate the box. You’ll then need to feel for the button to complete the pairing process.

Where on the boat is the dual thruster controller? In cockpit under sink or elsewhere?

So I have to remove the joystick controls to get to the box that has the white pairing button on it, underneath?
