My wife and I are interested in a 31CB, we have been toying with purchasing a cruising boat for a few years. Unfortunately we are not at the point we can throw off the shackles and cruise as we want. We both have elderly family members that we want to be here for. We would have the ability to take a week here and there to cruise several times a year, plus some weekends. Not having a full commitment of time it seems that finding a like minded person to enter into a partnership would be to both our benefit. I have done a fair amount of research about boat partnerships and realize that it must be very well structured and that all parties must be vetted as to their boating skills and boating knowledge not to mention financial commitment. I know several individuals who have and are in successful partnerships.
