Parts needed for 2022 R27

My new 2022 R27 Ranger SWEET RETREAT received exterior damage during Hurricane IAN in September of last year. New parts were ordered within a couple weeks of the hurricane by my sales rep Austin Odell of Edgewater Yacht Sales in Southwest Florida. After many attempts to find out when we can expect delivery, it’s now five months later and he has still been unable to obtain any information on when we can expect the parts (windows, lights, horn, rub rail, gel coat, etc)

GM Andrew Curtis answered the call shortly after my post. Seems there was some parts mgmt dropping the ball . He was able to round up what I needed in a very short order. Parts are in the cockpit (crated) in a delivery vessel coming to florida. Salesman Austin will deliver parts to ft Myers. Although I haven’t received them yet, I’m assured they are on the way. FaceTimed with Andrew where he showed me the crated up delivery.
