Last weekend as we were coming out of Twin Bridges in the slough heading toward Bellingham on a low tide a flock of over 30 pelicans flew past our Ranger. Was really surprised to see Pelicans this far north! Was not ready for them as when I first saw them on the mud flats I thought they were snow geese. Wish I would have had my camera ready.
