The city of Olympia is proposing some much needed improvements along Percival Landing, including the installation of power pedestals and potable water connections along E dock, as well as replacing a finger pier and vessel pump out station. A public meeting will be held on March 31 from 6 to 8 p.m. At the Olympia Center, 222 Columbia Street. Written comments will be accepted until April 4. Questions and comments can be directed to David Hanna, Associate Director of Parks, Arts and Recreation at dhanna@ci.olympia.wa.us.
This is Olympia's front door for boaters, bringing them to the heart of the city, with easy walks to nearby restaurants, shopping, and the Olympia Farmer's Market. The famous Olympia Oyster House located across from E dock burned a year ago but is now being rebuilt, and Percival Landing recently underwent renovations. Your support of this proposal is most welcome!
