I had the shore power off for a few days and when entering the cabin I found that the CO alarms were beeping and the batteries were indicating low charge. I didn't think there was that much load on as everything on the 12volt panel, including the GPS Plotter was off. When I removed the GPS Plotter cover the plotter was on. What am I missing? I thought that with the 12volt panel switch off the plotter would be off. Experimenting, I found that if I turned the battery switches off and then back on, the plotter would fire upwith the intro screen. Duh, where is it getting fed power with the panel switch off? Anyone experience this? Maybe I' :? ve been into the Crown too much. Suggestions appreciated.

Check your manual under 'Configuring the Device'.
I think you'll find that you have the plotter set to 'Auto Powerup', which means it turns on whenever power is applied, i.e. when you turn on the house batteries.
