2011 Ranger R-27. Factory installed Seward Brand Princess 2-burner stove and oven. Stove works fine. I can light the pilot for the oven but it doesn’t seem to heat the thermocouple sufficiently to trigger the valve (?solenoid) to open the gas flow to the oven burner. One thought is that the pilot light flame is not hot enough. Other stoves I have seen have a oven pilot adjustment screw. I understand Seward is out of business.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Anyone with a suggestion? Do I need to replace the thermocouple sensor to get the oven to work?

thanks for the help
Brian

When Seaward went out of business, Sure Marine purchased all their spare parts and has a staff that is familiar with Seaward Stoves. They were very helpful when I needed some assistance with the oven door on my 2011 R-29. https://www.suremarineservice.com/Galle ... ey-Ranges/
