PNW Cutwater shop

I was wondering if anyone has a good Cutwater marine shop that could do a slight mod for me. My particular model has a solid wood dinette table and I'm looking to swap that out for the newer style hinged table that is also a handrail/drink holder when folded. Has anyone tried this? Any good shops from Bellingham to Seattle that someone thinks could tackle the job?

you might find it cheaper to just get the table from CW. they might stock it as it's current on most cutwater boats.
