No I am not a sexist. I think our woman would feel more inclusive , if they have their own space to be heard.

We’re soon to bring our R29 up and the wife is telling me she’s up at night thinking,
All the touches she needs to add , how and where

So poll responses;

1= Yes, sounds like a good idea, couldn’t hurt
2= No we’re all equal
3 = Doesnt matter, no opinion

I don’t have ability to add poll

There is already a Facebook group called Tugettes. Why not check that out first?

Some subjects are genderless - such as cooking, food recipes, slow cooker tips. 😉

I like the 12v slow cooker approach. Decide what you want, load up the slow cooker pot and start it cooking just before leaving the dock, and then dinner will be ready at the destination.... a perfect soln. :lol:

There's two theories to arguing with a woman - Neither one works!
So I guess I'll be a number (3)

To check out the Facebook, female only sight simply type into the Facebook search area “Ranger Tugettes”. The group, started by Lisa Favors and my better half, now has 175 members.

Thanks Will do

Here is a women's perspective: Am newer to the site and never really thought of it as needing anything separate for we women folk because I think anything 'boating' is relevant and not gender specific whether we are discussing mechanics, meal preparation or decor. AND speaking of meal preparation- let me tell you that is no simple feat to cook one's first meal in the galley of a 21 EC. in winter when you can't put everything outdoors due to weather. The alcohol stove worked fine though and overall I think I will get used to the space and designate it my one pot wonder kitchen.

I would dislike it if the men had a Men's only site because I think I would be missing out on learning the mechanical and so much other knowledge about boating I am wanting to learn so I am not feeling helpless or even insecure on the water. Right now we are learning a lot and once we are more familiar with the boat we will share any mods or information we have. Well, that said, of course if women want to have women's only site I certainly say 'go for it' but would hope the men who contribute here don't steer off in that direction.

Doesn't make sense to me or maybe I'm just reading it wrong. You want our women to feel more inclusive so you think they should have their own space. If they had their own space and you wanted them to be more inclusive then I would think that we would want them to be part of a common space, a space for everyone, which they already are. Just my two cents,,, so obviously # 2 for me.

It's a Kobayashi Maru test.

This site is all inclusive, but the alternative is Tugettes for those who think that women want to talk exclusively about curtains and storage rather than impellers and oil changes along with curtains and storage.
