Posting both General and Factory forums

I'd suggest to post it only in the factory forum. You will reach them for sure (eventually), and I think pretty much everyone else reads it as well and will reply as helpful.

New topics in any of the factory support forums are forwarded to the factory team a couple times a day, including weekends. The team generally replies M-F. Topics in chat forums, with some exceptions, are not.
Interestingly, topics in the support forums and the chat forum all average about 7 posts (replies) per topic.
Posting in factory support will usually be seen by everyone. Posting in two forums can split the continuity of the thread.
