I hit something and it looks like I need to remove the prop on my D4 to get it repaired. After I remove the zinc, I presume there is a nut holding the prop on. There also looks like there might be an allen screw on the prop hub. Also, do I need a wheel puller? Any info will be appreciated.

Anode is removed by removing the Allen bolt, when the Allen bolt and anode is removed you will see a cotter pin remove the cotter pin. Using a block of wood supported between the prop blade and the hull bottom use a wrench or socket and breaker bar to loosen the prop nut. The prop is held in place by a taper shaft and a key. The prop is drawn on to the taper so usually a prop puller is needed to unseat the prop hub from the taper. I have photos of a puller I made. This design is for a 3 blade. The 4 blade would be similar but would require an additional rod.

You’re probably going to need a prop puller. I’d also suggest calling the shop where you’re going to have the prop repaired and see if they have a prop puller to loan you. If the boat is in the water prop shops usually work with divers who will come to you, remove the prop, take it to the shop and replace the prop once it’s been repaired. That’s how it worked for me anyway. It cost about $100 (4-5 years back) but was well worth it.
