Andrew's list of prop specifiactions is not complete. My R25, Hull #4, Yanmar 125 hp, came from the factory with a 3 blade, 17x14 prop. Since the engine did not rev up to required specs the factory changed the prop to a 3 blade, 14 !/2 x 14 with a .015 cup. I don't think this the correct prop. The rpm's have increased but performance is the same. Speed is not as advertised. I have since purchased a photo tach and this spring plan to run some additional tests.
