Just bought my Cutwater 30 and am wondering if there is a switch for turning the propane on to the stove?

This is for the Ranger 31 but I think they're the same.
Also, when igniting a burner, keep pressing the control knob in for a few seconds until the thermocouple senses the heat, otherwise it will shut off the gas, a safety feature in case the flame is accidentally extinguished.
