Pleased to report that we just purchased an 2015 R-27 and are looking forward to the experience. We had no idea that the Tugnuts forum existed but in reading through the posts, I can tell that this will be a useful tool for us in the voyages ahead.

Hey Glen, welcome to the family. Glad you discovered the Tugnuts forum. It is a wonderful resource. Now be sure you participate in any of the seminars or rendezvous in your area. They are what makes owning a Ranger or Cutwater very special. Carol and I are very fortunate to be located in the Ranger home port area. Just attended the Points North seminar last weekend. Capt. Mac was most informative and entertaining. Last years rendezvous at Roche Harbor had 127 boats and over 300 folks there, can not wait for this year's.

In the NE, it's in Newport this year. I believe it is in July.

The rendezvous will be in Newport at the Yachting center and runs from July 30th through August 2nd. If you have any questions about it, feel free to contact me

Congratulations on your new Ranger Tug and welcome to Tugnuts. After you attend the Newport Rendezvous feel free to trailer up to Ontario's North Channel for the Great Lakes North Channel Rendezvous from August 9-11. If interested or if you have any questions email or PM me.
