The time has come...I'm going to be picking up an '05 R-21 in northen California this weekend and bringing her home to Lewiston, ID by Sunday evening. Seems like it's the only effective way to contol this raging case of RangerTug Fever (RtF) I've caught from this site....I've got to be more careful of who I associate with

It's in excellent turn-key condition, under 400 hrs on the Yanmar 3G, good trailer etc....only thing is, it has a Furuno 1715 radar that I have 0 need for here on the Snake River...I'll be willing to sell or trade the radar to anyone interested see Photo of the unit in my gallery. I'm planning to replace the radar with a good remote spot/flood light.

Let me know what you would be asking for the radar system. You could pm me privately.

Thanks,

Moria

Ditto re: the radar system.

I see there's a Furuno 1715 radar on craig's list in the Bellingham, WA area, asking $1200... but that seems a bit high to me. I'll probably ask around the $1000 mark but I'm always open to a reasonable offer.

Ok ... I've purchased the R-21 and now have it at home here in Lewiston, ID. I will definitely be selling the Furuno 1715 24 mile radar. The radar works, It is in almost new condition dealer installed and no cables were cut during it's installation. It comes with a 10 inch stand and all manuals are there. If you want to remove it yourself that's ok, you can borrow my tools if you need to fly in (yes, we have a pretty nice airport connecting through Seattle or Salt Lake). We're 5 (ish) hours driving from Seattle, 6 from Boise, or 2 from Spokane. I can fedex, UPS, USPS or meet you half way (within reason) if you pay my costs.
It is definitely going to be sold through TugNuts, , ...best offer. I will consider partial or full trade for things like a remote spot/flood, newer 5hp OB (longshaft), appropriately sized bimini frame(s), etc..

contact me through TugNuts by clicking the PM button. include your phone # or direct e-mail address.
I'm selling it only through TugNuts for the first couple of weeks then EBay, local ad, etc.
