R-21 EC Table ideas?

We are looking to install some kind of a table in the cockpit near the back bench. Was thinking about using a floor mount (located on the step against the aft storage) to accept a post that will have a table on top. Or possibly two small tables mounted on either side from the rails. I looked through the albums but didn't find anything like it. Please post any ideas or tell me how you dine while aboard.

The links above lead to a whole range of table sizes and shapes. I would focus on two important factors; stainless steel metal parts, and sizes that would allow stowage in the aft (fuel tank) locker. As we know, with the R-21 there is no extra space to spare so good organization is everything.

Due to the limited foot room on the R21 cockpit, I figured a flush mount floor receptacle would be more practical than a raised mount floor receptacle. After a bit of research, I found that Detmar sells their tables with both types of mounts. I decided on the rectangular table with the flush mount and have one on order.
