Has anyone else experienced the "spitting" of fuel from the tank vent during normal running? We find that any time the fuel sloshes in the tank, some will discharge onto the deck through the vent. Since there is less than 2" between the tank fitting up to the actual vent fitting, I am unable to fit a fuel/air separator in the line. At the end of any outing, other than a harbor cruise, there is a 'U' shaped pool of fuel around the entire transom. Hate to think how much made it over the side. Sure could use some input on this one. Thanks, Alex, "Kamalani"

I get the same, but not to the extent you described. Usually about an ounce just in the area directly underneith the vent. I do remember reading an article over at C-brats in the Ranger section on there board.

here it is...

One word of caution: If you manually type in c-brats address and forget the dash you will get a page completely un-related to C-dory. Smartfilter here (at work) quckly displayed a large stop sign and gave the reason as p....graphy.
