R-21EC listed in Baltimore- Crazy Price

I was just browsing around and found this. I know nothing about the boat but at $28K for a 2014 R-21EC this is crazy. Most of the R21's of that Era are going in the $50K range. Either the seller doesn't know what he has or there is some serious problem with it. I live in the area and in 2022 tried to contact the Craigslist poster who offered the Ranger Tug R-21 EC at a low, low price. When he did not respond, I did a search on Craigslist nationwide for the boat's images and discoverd that the same boat ad was posted on Craigslist in a half-dozen different parts of the U.S. In my view, it was a fraudulent ad. Craigslist is known for false ads.
