R-23 AC Installation Location(s)

I have a 2019 R-23 with the Webasto diesel heater that I really like. It is mounted where the A/Cs are typically mounted and I don't really want to move it if possible.

Has anyone mounted an A/C in a different location? if so, where. I'm open to any/all suggestions.

I have an R23 with both webasto and a Dometic 8,000 btu ac. I believe the ac was installed by the fine folks at Winter Island boat yard.
The heater was scooted over against the hull to make room for the Dometic unit. You will also need a dedicated through hull for the water pump. I can sent you picks if you give me your email.
