R-23 Holding Tank Access

Looking for the access location for the R-23 holding tank, in order to add a Vent Filter. There are several threads on which filter, home made filters, etc. I am specifically looking for what panels are removed to access the top of the holding tank (or the vent line) and the diameter of that line to add a charcoal filter? Baz posted factory pictures of an R23 being assembled, but that provided no insight in this case.

Hi,
Let me say first that I am a relative new owner of a 23 and its a 2017. That being said I believe that there already is a charcoal filter, it is located in the back of the sink cabinate. At least that what I thought that was....
