Ranger Tugs customer service has indicated they do not tie the Main outboard F200 to the kicker motor because of the "distance and angles" between the two engines.
Has anyone with an R-23 found something that worked?
I would really like to be able to utilize the Garmin Autopilot.
Submariner indicated an option would be to lock the kicker motor so the prop is facing directly aft of the boat and put it in gear, then use autopilot and the F200 (turned off) as a rudder. I like this.
Wonder if there are other options?
