Problem -Reverse Polarity red light indication

Pedestal checked

No problem with boat plugged in and no AC on

Marina - Key West - Galleon Marina - Very good shape

Red light comes on (strong) with AC under load.

Normal operation at night, when cooler - dull red light.

Electrician measured Voltage under AC light load , with dull red light at 3 Volts off AC unit.

Please advise
