R 27 air condiditoner fan

I have a 2013 R27 and can't seem to get the air conditioner fan to run on low. Stays on HI and I've tried all sorts of permutations with the remote control and panel, and followed User Manuel? A procedure sequence I'm missing, or an AC fan malfunction? I only use the air very rarely, but it did this last summer and has gotten a little old. Thanks.

My 2011 R27 has a Dometic A/C system. When I had a technical question, I called Dometic tech support and was able to talk with someone who knew the product. Having your model and serial number will help.

I seem to recall that after calling those numbers, I was referred to a third number.

one other quick thing you might try is removing the a/c control panel from the wall and unplugging the wires from the back of the panel. Wait about 10 seconds and plug back in. push the mode button until it comes back on and test fan speed. I have issues with a/c not working correctly sometimes and have tried this to reset and it seems to work. May not in your situation but only takes 5 minutes to try.
