Maybe it is just my boat, but there's sunlight shining through under my cabin door. Between the cabin sole fiberglass and the rear bulkhead fiberglass. Appears to be when the cabin top was set on the cabin sole. I notice it anytime I'm cleaning up back there, but haven't chased it down as to whether it is goes to the cockpit - which could allow water into the cabin under adverse conditions, or to the bilge, which could allow CO into the cabin when the genny is running. And either way, it a possible critter path.

I've tried foam backer rod, but it was too large for what I had on hand.

Anyone have a fix ?

Checked it out more thoroughly. The gap is bigger than standard backer rod. Might be 1" across the bottom and sides. Don't know if it is supposed to be sealed, but it is a pretty decent gap into the bilge. Not sure household foam sealant will remain flexible enough. More research. Stay tuned.
