R-27 OB Webasto Heater Fuse Location

Does anyone know where the fuse location is for the Webasto heater on an R-27 OB? I have poured through the online R-27 and printed fuse layout maps as well as sms time with Andrew to no avail. I need to reset the controller and have had no success with switching off house, disconnecting shore and pulling many of the fuses in a trial-by-error approach. There is no inline fuse I can see near the quarter berth (cave) fuse panels. Thank you.
 
In the cave at aft wall there's a small square wooden panel that once removed will/should expose the two Webasto fuses. At least that where they were on my 2018 R27/OB. You simply pull the fuses up and out if that is what you want to do. Keep the fuses out for a minute or two and then reinsert them. That should;d reset things for you.

Thank you Barry. Yes, the location of the fuses you show in your pics is where Andrew claims they should be. However, on my 2019 R-27 OB they are not there. Hoping someone with a 2019 model can confirm absence / presence of these Webasto inline fuses in the cave fuse area.

I have a 2018 27OB, I pulled every fuse in the location in the location Barry pointed out to you when I winterized my boat last winter. My Webasto unit still had power, I never found the fuse. Although to be honest I didn't search much more for that fuse. I plugged my boat into "shore power" at my house and didn't worry about it.
 
Travis & Melissa: Did you receive the 2-day training by RT people ? If so you should contact them for the answer as they (or at least one of them) should have pointed out where the fuses are located as part of the training. For me, Tim Bates was kind enough to tell me where mine were.
 
I went out to the barn and checked all the obvious places on my '19 27OB. No luck.
My wife claims she can always find stuff when I can't. Maybe I'll have her take a look. Or maybe not...........
 
Thx Steve - that’s what I figured, they must have moved the fuses to a place not documented anywhere.
Barry - yes, we went through the training and took detailed notes... no recollection of the Webasto fuses.

We skipped on going out on the boat today with our 6 month old due to an inoperable heater. I wish I would have figured this out earlier ... though hopefully this heads up will help others be better prepared.
 
The fuse should be easily accessible as they need to be accessed periodically to maintain the Webasto. Given this you must think hard about all the various places you have access to to find the fuses.

If you look into the small square wooden panel area as I had detailed for you in my photo album look all around inside there; up, down, to the left and to the right with a flash light/torch to find them if they are lingering in that space.

Is the Webasto controller on the opposite hanging wall from the square wooden panel in the cave ?

I believe the Webasto heater is located behind the Microwave. I wonder if the fuses are nearby the heater in that space ?
 
There are (2) inline blade fuses adjacent to the mid-ship fuse block that are webasto fuses.

Hey Barry... yes, the photos you shared prior were very helpful in confirming that my configuration (on the 2019 R-27) is different... I have pics inside the hole and pointing up into the wall showing that there are no inline fuses. The Webasto controller is on the same wall as the wooden panel in the cave, right above the battery health monitor.
 
Travis & Melissa: If you look/review all the fuse blocks behind the helm from the toilet room can you spot any fuses labelled Webasto ? Just a thought, and suspect you've already looked there.

I feel your frustration.

We were having Webasto issues on our 2019 R27-OB at this year's RT Rendezvous. Don with RT located the (2) inline blade fuses, adjacent to but independent of cave fuse block.

I talked to Don just now and with his help I found them.
In the cave where the fuse blocks are Look up and they are on the left side.

Success. Thank you all. The fuses are mounted way up in the cubby hole out of sight. You need a flashlight and Houdini-like flexibility to access them. Why someone thought this was an ok solution is beyond me. For reference, open the small wooden door with the hole in it located in the cave. I then put my legs towards the stern and lay on my left side, take a flashlight and point up into the hole and you will see three inline blade fuses screwed to the wall. The fuse closest to me was the one I pulled which reset the Webasto controller. Attached is a pic of my setup. Thank you all for the help!!!
 
I claimed success a bit too early. While I was able to find the fuses... I am still getting the F12 Hester Lockout after pulling the 3 fuses. I have even tried pulling all three Webasto fuses, the 3 Solar panel fuses behind the helm, and switching off house batteries. No luck yet.
 
Wow... I finally got it. The reset process is super finicky.

Here is what I did:

First, pull all 3 solar panel fuses behind the helm (aces add via the bathroom)
Second, start the Webasto heater
Third, immediately turn off the House batteries
Fourth, immediately pull all three Webasto fuses
Fifth, count to 20 seconds
Sixth, reinsert Webasto fuses
Seventh, turn on house batteries
Eighth, restart Webasto heater

It should work. Note, your set temperature needs to be higher than the ambient temperature to have the heater fuller operate.... which is normal operation... just an FYI.
