R-27 storage capacity

Looking for owners experience in supply storage capacity on the R-27 (not water or fuel). With all the cabinets what is the aproximate cubic footage available for food, supplies and clothing.

Don't have specific numbers. My wife and I have lived on the boat for 115 days straight with all we needed. That includes two folding bikes, computers and printer, clothes, toiletries, spare parts, tools, pots, pans dishes etc. We use the cave for storage and every nook and cranny. We also carry well over a weeks worth of food. Start adding more than two people and your storage options will shrink.

We added a matching door (to the other galley doors) under the microwave to gain access to this space. We also took the cave mattress out and placed some Bed Bath and Beyond rubber made drawers at the head of the cave for more storage.
