R-29 CB With Outboards ?

Hey everyone,
I'm new here and I am really into Ranger Tugs with outboards. I'm a long time boater and have been looking for a towable live aboard boat. I recently went to look at the new 27' outboard model because my friend Bruce turned me on to this boat and I loved it.Problem was It was just a little too small for my needs. So now I'm looking at the R-29 CB. I'm going to Long Beach this week to look at one for sale. I really want the outboards on this model so I can get to the fishing grounds in So Cal cruising around 30 MPH like I'm used to on my Parker. Any word out there that there will be outboards on the 29? For me, I think it would be my perfect boat. Anyway, great forum and I can't wait to own a Ranger Tug. (With Outboards of course)

I looked at the Cutwater with outboards and although it's a nice boat, I just love the stylings of the new Ranger Tugs. The New R-27 is a work of art. I just need that extra space of the 29. And the Command Bridge just puts it over the top for me.

We just took delivery of our new R27OB from Long Beach about a month ago... Freaking love the outboard. I hope they start making that an option for the 29... Top speed so far 38Mph

Sean Congrats! That is one beautiful machine. Yeah I’m hoping the 29 is next in line for Yamaha’s.
