Here is a website that has the zincs. It is best to order a half dozen or so. You need to make sure that both of your zincs can unscrew out of your cap nut. If one will not then take the new zinc and the cap nut to a machine shop and have them tap it to the zinc thread size. This way you will never have to pay that $40.00 for the whole set up.
Some of the early ones had one you could replace and one you could not. We are finding that in the last six months or so yanmar has made it so you can screw a new zinc in each one.
I just inspected mine and found that they were both able to be unscrewed and replaced. So my order just came of six replaceable zincs. I think it was $40.00 for the package including shipping.

I just did my 50 hour service myself and it was very easy. I was able to get all the oil out of the engine with my set up. I have heard that people are being told by there service people that you can only get 6 1/2 qt out. This is not true.
All other aspects of the service went very smooth.
Here is the link for a very cool oil extractor.

There is also a video on this site to watch how it works.
I think the problem that people are having getting all the oil out is because service techs are using the dip stick for a straw, putting something over the top and sucking the oil out. This will only get half out. You must stick a smaller tube down the dip stick to reach the bottom of the pan. It was truly the easiest oil change I have ever done on a boat. Not one drop in the bilge.
