Two questions since there is no manual for the 29S

1). Where is the hot water heater located?

2). When i fill the fresh water tank it appears to be full since i can not put anymore water into it but the gauge only shows 1/2 a tank. Is there a calibrate procedure?

I had the same problem with my fresh water gauge and had to have it recalibrated, something to do with where the sensor was located. Check with your dealer if you bought the boat new.

I believe the hot water tank is located in the 1/4 berth all the way forward which would put it under the helm seat. There should be a pull out panel that is Velcro'd in place for inspection. If you need to access it more there are screws holding the panels in which can be easily removed.
