R-31 CB Options

Hi All:

I'm new to this site, and am in the process of looking for a R-31 CB Luxury for the ICW and maybe the Loop. While viewing various boats for sale, there seems to be very few differences in the equipment. I would like to hear from experienced owners about two items, please...

1. How important is the rear cockpit steering? I don't see many with this option and am unsure why I may (or may not) want this feature.
2. What are the practical differences between the Volvo 300 HP and 320 HP motors?

1. It is helpful for fishing. I'm sure some people might prefer to dock with it as well, but with the side door I don't see a big benefit there with the side door on the 31. I don't have one on mine.

I have a 2016 C30 command bridge for sale- It does not have the cockpit steering, I never needed it, the boat has good visibility and is easy to dock.
