I just bought a used 31cb and would like a manual if it exists.

To my knowledge, there is no manual yet. Would like one as well if it exists

What is the led to right of engine gauge?
 
I think you are referring to the light that is connected to magnetic switches on the cockpits fold out seats. That is suppose to tell one when the seats are not properly stowed. Since it is almost never off, its main function seems to be a secondary reminder that your ignition is on.
 
Will have to fold a seat out and start engine to confirm the light.
A label would be nice- guess I can make one.
 
Good morning Bill,
There is a label placed next to the light before the boat leaves the factory. If you turn the ignition on and open up one of the seats the light will come on, once the seats are closed the light goes out.
