R21 EC, 2013, BATTERY SWITCHES

There's 2 switches, the 12 v panel under the panel and the Thruster switch under the v berth cushion. Both are a PIA to access. So, anyone have any experience moving the switches on the outside? It would make my life a whole lot easier. Getting to those switches inside the cabinet and under the v berth is not good. Any experience, help or pics appreciated. Thx all.

Good afternoon. You’re absolutely correct. The location of the bow thruster battery switch under the starboard vee berth is definitely a pain. When you need the bow thruster, the switch that controls the thruster must be in a convenient location. I moved my switch from the inside to the outside. Actually a very easy modification. I can live with the other battery switch under the starboard cabinet by the Captains chair since I leave this on all the time. I’ve posted pictures of the modification in my album. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
