R21 EC, 2015, Thruster Question

Newbie Here,
Every thing going well 20 days in. Twice, the Bow-Thruster did not answer the command. The indicator light(s) was on, but when the control stick was moved all I got was a click. Tried it again, click. Proceeded out of the harbor and ran at cruising rpm, 2500, for several minutes, Throttled back and tried Thruster. Magic! it works fine. Is there some cutoff when the battery doesn't have enough juice? Or? Any help or advice appreciated. Thx all.

Stewart. Look at ALL the connections on the bow thruster battery switch. Make sure they are all tight and there is no frayed or loose connections. Then check the connections on the thruster. I had the exact issue. Click, click, when the toggle switch was moved. I had a bad connection at the battery switch. The cover over the cable end looked good but underneath the cover the wires were loose. New connection made and all works well now.
