Do you know where I can find Factory replacement parts for my R21 EC?

Fiman, it might help if you were a little more specific as to which parts your looking for!
I don't want to sound harsh, but can't fix a problem until it's identified. Bob
 
Good point, I'm looking for rear replacement cushions and a piece of interior wood trim.
 
Take your old rear cushion(s) to any marine or auto upholstery shop and have them make a copy. Easypeasy. Interior wood trim ? Get some marine grade plywood, a saw and sand paper and make it.
