I noticed today that I have a few drips (about 1 drip every 5 secs) coming from the back side of my raw water pump. This is on a 2015 R21ec with a Volvo D1-30 engine. I doesn't seem to be effecting operation as the engine is running good and at the correct temp. Is this a problem, and if so, is there a seal to be replaced? I uploaded a pic to my album.

You could live with the leak for some time, but will only get worse. I would get all parts for a rebuild or a new pump and have on hand then hope it does not fail until your next down time. And nice job on the rudder angle indicator I have one on my boat and is one of the best upgrades I've done. Bob

Thanks Bob. I'll round up the parts then.

Pretty easy seal changeout. It can be done with the pump left in place but with the pomp so easy to remove I just took mine off and replaced the seal on the work bench.
