My new 23 has an issue, when I get into shallow water, my depth finder starts flashing and does not show the accurate depth. Do I have something set wrong on the gps, or is there an issue with the transducer? And Where is the transducer?

It is located under the removable step going to the berth area. You may need to refill with RV anti freeze.

UPDATE: Problem solved. Just as Champ described. Found the transducer. Opened, it up, cleaned and refilled with RV antifreeze, and I am getting shallow water depth reading again.. THANK YOU Tugnuts

Glad it worked. In all fairness I'm only a genius because of Andrew as when I had the same issue he suggested the same fix. Enjoy.
